MOSIA DE LA TOHANI – PINOT NOIR
This Pinot Noir from the Mosia de la Tohani selection is a bright ruby red-purple semi-dry red wine. Ripe forest fruits, vegetative notes, tobacco and dark chocolate present themselves on the palate. The residual sugar makes the Pinot Noir a friendly and fruity wine.
Light aromas of freshly brewed coffee and chocolate give it that certain something. Medium intensity and acidity as well as well-integrated tannins make it a light red wine.
The grapes for this red wine are harvested by hand and carefully selected. At a controlled temperature of 24 – 28°C, the wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation with the addition of yeast for 8 to 10 days. The cold maceration lasts 3 to 4 days.
