Iacob Rosu Rotwein trocken
An intense ruby red cuvée with violet reflections from the two precious grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Feteasca Neagra. True to the two varieties used, notes of dried fruit, oak and coffee emerge. Iacob Rosu is a well-balanced white wine with structure, complexity, richness of aromas and a long aftertaste.
Serve Iacob Rosu by Davino at 17-18°C with pasta, pizza, lamb, stuffed beef or medium-aged cheese.

Through simplified methods, invasive mechanical interventions in the soil are reduced as far as possible and the fuel consumption as well as the carbon footprint are reduced.
Heterogeneous soil characteristics can be found throughout the wine-growing area: in the west, clay predominates, rich in iron oxide and favoring the ripening of red varieties. Limestone soils are mostly found in the east, ideal for growing white wine vines.
climate
The region is characterized by a continental climate with hot summers and cold winters. The collision of cold winds and warm air currents from the Mediterranean creates storms, which are, however, dampened by the Carpathian mountain range.
