Surori – Gitana Winery offers you a unique taste experience. This rosé wine dry of the vintage 2021 is a cuvée of the grape varieties Saperavi and Rara Neagra and is grown in the region Valul lui Traian in Moldova.

Enjoy an aroma full of breed and elegance with fruity notes and a sweet and flattering texture, perfect with duck in orange sauce, chicken breast with cherries and black pepper, pasta, seafood, fish or cheese. The grapes of this wine are harvested by hand as soon as they reach phenolic maturity and are then carefully selected on the sorting tables. The must ferments for 15-18 days at a temperature of 12°C. The aging on fine lees lasts 25 days, during which two batonnages are carried out.
