Rosu de Gitana from Gitana Winery is a young, dry work of art from the beautiful wine region of Moldova.

The special interaction of the Rara Neagra and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties produces a clear, intense ruby red that offers a rich variety of aromas of blackberry and Marochino cherry.

The wine making

Fermentation and maceration take place in oak barrels for 15 days. The aging takes place in stainless steel tanks and on the fine lees. Fermentation takes place only with selected yeasts. Maceration is carried out to extract soft tannins and produce balanced wines with a complex structure.
