A complex, elegant and balanced wine in which intense aromas of citrus, lime and elderflower complement subtle vanilla nuances from the oak in which it is aged.

The typical Mehedinti area, rich in clay-limestone soils, gives Sauvignon Blanc a subtle minerality integrated into the spirited taste, with citrus accents and a pleasant, refreshing acidity. It inspires abundance, as all good things do.

This white wine from the Oprisor winery is excellent with dishes with turkey, fatty fish or even vegetarian dishes.
