Up to a value of goods of 99,99 EUR you pay a shipping fee of only 7,- EUR incl. shipping costs. VAT
Delivery is free of shipping costs from a gross merchandise value of EUR 100.00.
Delivery is made via one of our shipping and logistics partners: DPD, DHL
We process incoming orders in the order in which the order or payment is received.
If your address has changed, please inform us in writing as soon as possible and without being asked (e.g. by updating the address in the profile of your customer account or via our contact form at https://comudora.com/kontakt/) until full payment of an order.
Wine and spirits packages may only be accepted from persons of legal age. Therefore, please make sure that only persons of legal age (over 18 years old) accept the delivery.
The offer is subject to change, i.e. there is no obligation to deliver. The delivered goods remain the property of Comudora GmbH until full payment.
Availability & Delivery
The delivery times indicated for the Products shall begin on the day following the day on which the Customer instructs his payment service provider to make the payment. Delivery will be made within the specified delivery time at the latest. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday recognized by the state at the place of receipt, this day shall be replaced by the next working day.

If items are out of stock, we will notify and inform you about the time of delivery.
We will inform you in due time about delivery delays of more than one week of which we become aware.
For combined orders (deliverable and not immediately deliverable items) you decide whether separate or complete delivery should be made. The delivery date is then based on the delivery time of the items that are not available at the time of the order.
We deliver while stocks last, i.e. we do not give any delivery guarantee or guarantee for the re-procurement of a sold-out item.
The prices at the time of the order apply. When a vintage is sold out, the price becomes invalid.
