Order and shipping
Usually incoming orders are packed and shipped the same day, so your order will be with you in 2-3 days.
You can create a new user account under the following link and directly after that you can order the goods that appeal to you.
In your customer account you can change your billing and shipping address at any time. If an order has already been placed, please contact us immediately so that we can adjust it before the package leaves our warehouse.
The status of the order can be checked in the customer account under “My orders”. Furthermore, our logistics partner informs about the status of the order via mail, if the forwarding of the mail address was agreed.
We use Stripe as our payment service provider. This ensures the highest requirements for security and encryption. Your data will always be transmitted encrypted and will not be temporarily stored by us at any time.
Currently we only ship to Germany.

Our cancellation policy and a sample cancellation form
you can view online. Furthermore, we offer you the possibility of an order of at least 6 identical bottles, the unopened back to us and exchanged for others. You will receive a credit for this.
Soon we will also introduce our party packages. For larger events, you can buy larger quantities accordingly and send what is left back to us.
