Usually incoming orders are packed and shipped the same day, so your order will be with you in 2-3 days.
If you are not satisfied with a delivery, you may return all unopened bottles to us free of charge and choose something else.
In your customer account you can change your billing and shipping address at any time. If an order has already been placed, please contact us immediately so that we can adjust it before the package leaves our warehouse.
The status of the order can be checked in the customer account under “My orders”. Furthermore, our logistics partner informs about the status of the order via mail, if the forwarding of the mail address was agreed.

In this case, contact us immediately so that we can change your address in time. If the package has already been shipped, we will try to make a change with our logistics partner.
Currently we only ship to Germany.
